The Rolling Stones' tenth studio album, 'Exile On Main Street', is widely regarded as one of their best records, and frequently ranks highly on 'greatest albums' lists. Recorded in the south of France and Los Angeles, the sessions were oneof the more tumultuous periods in the band's history, with drug abuse and rifts between band members reaching a peak. 'Exile On Main Street' is also considered to be Keith Richard's finest moment, and the epitome of their raw 'rootsy' rock'n' roll sound.
