Out of print for the last 15 years, 2005's "Bem-Vinda Vontade" is Mice Parade's best-selling album. At a time when music sales were still physical, it sold 30,000 copies worldwide. Since then it's racked up 1.5 million streams on Spotify in the US alone, a million of those from the album's only single "Night's Wave," which also has 250k Youtube views, and the original vinyl pressing has sold for nearly $100 on Discogs in recent years. It's a modern classic, an important release cited as influential by countless artists and bands, but long missing from store shelves.
Now it's back on Clear Vinyl, in a very limited release of 500 copies. Stereolab's ultra rare remix of the album's first track, "Warm Hand In Farmland," is included with the download card, as a digital bonus to this "Anniversary" edition pressing.
