Best-known for being the guitarist (and occasional lead singer) for legendary experimental rockers Butthole Surfers, Paul Leary releases his second solo album a full three decades after his 1991 album The History Of Dogs. Born Stupid affirms that Leary was the key creative force behind the Surfers’ raging, psychedelic brilliance and arrives courtesy of the recently reactivated label Shimmy-Disc.
