Their debut album (originally released by MGM in 1968) had considerable commercial success peaking at no.34 in the US album charts. Discovered by producer Alan Lorber, they were the brainchild of group member Ian Bruce-Douglas and part of the emerging "Bosstown Sound". "Ultimate Spinach" is a very trippy affair. Contains 2 bonus tracks.
