THE DEPTHS is the debut release from the solo project of Nick Chrysochoos, also known from earlier projects under the name dry_feel.

This project began as a means of personal expression for emotions and experiences that were difficult to convey in any direct way. Each track explores a situation or personal experience that has left its mark on the creator.

The theme and lyrics are characterized by a sense of ambiguity, while also offering the listener space to connect with the songs in a more indirect way, interpreting each track through their own personal experiences and life circumstances.

The self-titled EP was written in the summer of 2024, during a calm and reflective period, looking back on the past with a sense of anticipation for both the mistakes and the lessons of the future.
