Tom Sharkett, celebrated producer and one half of W.H. Lung, created a personal edit of LCD Soundsystem’s ‘Home’—a track he loved from 2010’s This Is Happening—without any plans beyond admiration. The rework quietly found its way online, where it was picked up by NTS Radio’s Flo Dill, who played it twice on her Breakfast Show. That airplay caught the attention of LCD Soundsystem themselves, who embraced the edit so fully that they decided to make it official.

Backed by full support from the band, the release features Sharkett’s edit alongside its instrumental version.
