After a trip in Cuba and other random occasions, Kill Emil & The Yumas formed in the spring of 2012 with a simple concept: a dj - beatmaker and a live band joining forces to play groove based music inspired by the afro-american tradition, creating a unique blend of soul, funk, jazz, hip hop, trip hop, afro, reggae and tropical soundscapes. Lucianna/I'm a Yuma is their debut release by FrontYard.
