Anyone who thought, after their critically acclaimed predecessor *Remove The Ties*, that they had reached their creative peak will be proven wrong. VIBRAVOID don’t succumb to the destructive pressure of having to surpass their previous album—they simply do it. On “A Reason For Now,” the band demonstrates just how deeply the DNA of the years 1966–1968 is rooted in their sound. VIBRAVOID don’t copy anything—not even themselves. VIBRAVOID distance themselves from the overused terms they once popularized themselves and declare pop music to be the new drug. “A REASON FOR NOW” is a thrilling high that takes hold instantly—a feverish LSD trip of distortion and surreal dream frequencies.
