URANUS OMNIBUS SANCTUS is already the ninth studio album by the three Lords of Spacerock. Four brand-new songs, recorded with immense power and variety. The journey to completing this rich-sounding production took the band through a veritable asteroid belt of personal setbacks and technical near-disasters, which demanded the utmost in will to survive, perseverance, friendship, imagination, and technical finesse from the core crew of Matthias “HAZI” Wettstein’s stoner orbiter, Marcus “MUDGE” Schnitzler, and Ekhard “AKEE” Kazmaier—to the utmost in will to survive, perseverance, friendship, imagination, and technical finesse. But as is so often the case, the more difficult the circumstances, the more remarkable the result. URANUS OMNIBUS SANCTUS is undoubtedly an outstanding album and another milestone in the band’s history.
