Head On is a four-piece post-punk band formed in Athens in 2014. In 2018 they made their debut with the dystopian Ubik, followed in 2020 by the online singles Robert Christgau and Greil Marcus, as well as an instrumental track with their name. Since then, despite its relatively limited recording activity, the band has remained active, with frequent live performances. This year's release of Head On, titled Punkentelechy, ushers in a new phase for the band, which, without losing its political edge, adopts a more open, extroverted and diverse musical and lyrical identity.
