Witzel Reiner & Datfunk

Reiner Witzel is a German Jazz musician born in Mannheim. He is said to be one of the best Jazz-sax-players nowadays and won several awards. Reiner Witzel worked with well-respected artists amongst others Defunkt @ New Yorker Knitting Factory, with Fela Kuti @ Shrine in Lagos, in Jazz Clubs of Tokyo and stadiums in Dubai. Moreover he played with the Bundesjazzorchester, Philipp van Endert (Urban Lyrical), the Gil Evans Orchestra, Marla Glen, Kristi Stassinopoulou, the hr-Bigband and Fury in the Slaughterhouse.
