<p>The band was formed at the end of 2012 in Thessaloniki Greece by Tom and Gabriel – an old acquaintance. At the time the grou<span class="text_exposed_show">p consisted of two members and one of its incarnations was The Product Band. Their music had an experimental orientation mixing sounds from different kinds of music like punk, progressive, funk or disco. Later, they got together with Lefteris,being the guitarist and third member of the group. Soon Thanasis– joined in as vocals. At that point they decided to change their name to ProdAct (we prod u to act). After a year of rehearsing the band splits.Two years later Gabriel and Tom got together to record their first two track single. ProdAct is a political band. Their lyrics deal with the social and personal problems that arise from contemporary social and political life. As people Prodact are deeply concerned about the struggle of the underdog and strongly support human and natural rights rejecting any social or political system that neglects them!</span></p>
